Rose Quarts Martini
This is actually just the good old-fashioned French Martini but in our house we call it a Rose Quartz Martini because of the color. I guess that’s what I get from my parents meeting in geology class in college. My aunt and cousin say this is their favorite martini. They solved many a problem over this drink!
2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Absolute Vodka
1 oz Chambord
Raspberry Garnish or Lime Twist
In a metal cocktail shaker assemble 2 ounces pineapple juice, fresh if you have it drained from crushed pineapple. Add 2 ounces of vodka and 1 ounce of Chambord with a half a cup of ice and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled martini glass and add a twist of lime or a few raspberries. Sip, sip, and enjoy!
